The gerrit-code-review plugin generates a ton of spam, and I would love to be able to send `notify=NONE`, or generally use any of the fields of the [InputReview](https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/Documentation/rest-api-changes.html#review-input) as the result of a jenkins job.
