Though uninstalled Docker pipeline plugin it is still showing as uninstallation is being pending

      Hi,

      I've install the Docker pipeline plugin after that i had uninstall the plugin.. though its been a while after uninstall the plugin but still the plugin is showing that uninstallation is pending. Due to this am not able to reinstall the plugin. Pls check and fix this.
