when i use Install automatically option to install the tools in Jenkins tools section using some script. Jenkins actually runs the script twice when a freestyle job is run. please refer the screen shots. I would like to know if its the known issue?

I have attached git plugin for example . But this issue is with all other plugins. I am developing one that too isgetting executed twice.
