[clif-performance-testing] The CLIF archive import wizard disappeared from the main menu

      In the main menu of Jenkins web UI, an option used to be provided to import a CLIF performance test project as a Zip archive. It created one Jenkins job per CLIF test plan.
      Now this option is no longer displayed.

          Actually CLIF plug-in does not load at all.
