Broken LTS Support due to Jenkins 2.479 requirement

      This plugin now requires 2.479, which is higher than the latest LTS. I not immediately see the reason for this.

      The reason for the severity is that it breaks support for both this plugin and all plugins that depend on it (a lot directly or indirectly it turns out).
