When viewing a nested view, in the right most "actions" column are 5 icons. In Firefox, Chrome and IE, I don't the middle icon, I get a missing icon instead. All users get this problem. I haven't witnessed it myself, but I am told that "at times" the "crossed tools" icon does appear, but returns to its broken state.
