Section of page is not found if role strategy page is opened with role strategy plugin not enabled

      Dear Dev Team,

       

      The Role-based Authorization Strategy plugin doesn't work with Jenkins 2.462.3. The option in Manage Jenkins is missing. When I go the page "https://{jenkins_server_url}/manage/role-strategy/", then click "Save", it crashed my Jenkins. Please fix this ASAP.
