Hi,
Currently we are facing an issue of "missing overall permission" to the users falling in DL (Distribution List) coming from Azure AD whereas single users are still able to login and perform the action. The DL is stays unchanged except Display Name of it and which worked find previosly. This unexpected behaviour has seen since the day Network Team has changed the Display name of DL.
Also, I have seen tha the DL mail id was strickd out on the Manage Jenkins >> Manage and Assign Rroles >> Assign Roles page. I have tried with removing and reatching the same DL but still no luck.

Could you please help us in resolving this issue.
