      Make format of timestamp in Build History Widget configurable so that the timezone can be added via system property or via Jenkins Management Console.

       

      Current Implementation Feature Request

       

      Background: We need to use UTC - this should be directly visible when looking at the Build History so that there is no need to open the build log.
