Horizontal radio buttons overlaid with later form elements in 2.479.x

The plot plugin uses a strange looking horizontal layout for its radio buttons.  It looks surprising in Jenkins 2.462.3 but is still usable and visually reasonable.  It looks like this

It looks worse in Jenkins 2.479.3

In any case, the UI elements of that plugin need to be reworked to fit with the current design guidelines, but recording this change in case others encounter similar issues.

      Steps to duplicate the issue

      1. Create a plugins.txt file that lists the plugins and their versions
      2. Create a run-jenkins.sh shell script that downloads Jenkins 2.479.2 and the plugins listed in plugins.txt
      3. Create a directory jobs/plot-plugin and download the job definition config.xml into that directory
      4. Run the run-jenkins.sh shell script and complete the setup wizard by creating a new user and installing no additional plugins
      5. Open the job configuration page of the plot-plugin job and confirm that the 2.479.2 layout shows the radio buttons over the next item
