File upload issue with Jenkins Pipeline job

      Is this known issue with Jenkins Pipeline job that file doesn't  get uploaded in workspace and iot works correctly with freestyle job?

      Any workaround with the pipeline job. Please advice

      Jenkins version we are using:  Jenkins ver. 2.222.3
