Agent stays forever in "launching" mode

      The latest AWS EC2 plugin version 1822.v87175d209b_b_5 never gets the signal of the completed ec2 init script, which make the jenkins node having the state "launching" forever.

      After downgrading the plugin to 1801.v526399543dca_ it runs again.

      Staying in launching mode then prevents the node reporting the agent node "online", when finally gets jenkins jobs wait forever on a node that never comes up.
