[JENKINS-75272] Requesting features on zephyr scale jenkins plugin

Dear Zephyr scale team,

requesting you to add the following features to Zephyr scale plugin which are essentials features for such plugin

Batch execution support	Enables executing multiple test cases in a single Jenkins job
Result & evidence upload	Automatically attaches execution artifacts (e.g., screenshots, logs) to test results in Jira
Step-level execution status update	Updates test execution status at each individual test step level
Automatic test case creation	Creates new test cases in Zephyr Scale if no matching test case key exists
