      Since https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/commit/d99855db02eea957cb3bf8fad3af8b24638d2007 , it is no longer to edit Jelly files in core/src/main/resources and have those changes applied on page reload when running mvn -pl war jetty:run.
