Sauce On Demand jobs all time out

      After upgrading to version 2.0 of the sauce on-demand plugin from 1.215, all jobs time out.

      The jobs fire up successfully on SauceLabs, but the hosted browser is unable to connect over the proxy to run tests.

      Rolling back to 1.215 results in jobs running again.
