Ability to turn off pod logging information in the build logs

      Our latest pluigns update picked up this fix for the kubernetes-plugin:
      https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-74992

      I am requesting that an option be added to turn the logging off.  Though in some cases the logging is helpful, it is filling up our build logs all the time.
