Genesys IT added a bad MX record on our external DNS that caused our vendors to add the genesys.com domain to a suppression list. Users are no longer receiving emails from devops-jenkins@ininica.com. See log excerpt from our mimecast server.
Would it be possible to unblock the genesys.com email domain so we can receive emails again?
