Jenkins is not taking into account the -noCertificateCheck option on java on Windows Agent connection on the latest LTS 2.492.2

This is the error message on the cmd even if i have the -noCertificateCheck on the java execution command for cmd.

Caused by: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

This it was working for sure  until: 2.479.2
