We're trying to use dynamic agents using the vsphere-cloud-plugin for our build processes, but don't see any possibility at the moment to do this reliably. 

Is it possible to give any parameters to the customization specifications applied to a template?

Is there for example a possibility that Jenkins can automatically fetch the IP assigned via DHCP of a created agent? 

What we're looking for is a similar setup as can be achieved by the ec2-plugin.
