Error updating the NVD Data

      Jenkins (version 2.492.2
      OWASP Dependency-Check Plugin (5.6.0)

      We are using OWASP Dependency-Check Plugin (5.6.0) and configured the version 12.1.0 also Jenkins (version 2.492.2) is running on windows.. When we are running the build, we are getting the error "Error updating the NVD Data".

      I am attaching complete log for your reference.

      Please let me know how to resolve the issue.
