Jenkins 2.505 released 8 Apr 2025. It includes Winstone 8.7 and Jetty 12.0.19 with fixes as noted in the Eclipse Jetty 12.0.19 release notes.

I think we should backport Winstone 8.7 and Jetty 12.0.19 to Jenkins 2.504.1 so that we're using the most recent release of Eclipse Jetty 12.
