Add support for InfluxDB 3.0

      InfluxDB 3.0 has been released.

      According to the API documentation, 3.0 supports 2.x API, but I get the following error message in InfluxDB 3 when the plugin publishes data:

      [InfluxDB Plugin] Publishing data to target 'InfluxDB v2' (url='https://XXX database='jenkins') -> works
      [InfluxDB Plugin] Publishing data to target 'InfluxDB3' (url='https://XXX database='jenkins') -> doesn't work
