I would like to inquire, when opening a PR on Bitbucket and triggering Jenkins' pipeline job, whether the build status record is synchronized to the original branch or the target branch? What are the rules?

I'm a bit confused when I test the status records on my end, sometimes on the target branch and sometimes on the original branch!
