      Negative idleTerminationMinutes value in amazon ec2 plugin doesn't work as expected

      0 or a positive number seems to be working as expected.

      This issue exists in other versions of the ec2-plugin as well.

      Tested on MacOS and linux instances. Both the instances were idle for more than 24hrs but they don't get terminated at all.
