On recent versions of Jenkins with the stage view plugin installed, the horizontal scrollbars are no more easily reachable when dealing with a longer job history. 

Browser: Vivaldi (Chrome based) with maximized window and Full HD display resolution. 

Jenkins version used for the attached screenshots: 2.509, Stage View plugin version: 2.38

In the past the scrollbar was always visible, no a user is required to scroll down first to the end of the table, then scroll right, then scroll up again for reviewing the later jobs of the most recent pipelines. This is somewhat annoying. Request: Provide a method which allows the reach late pipeline jobs of recent pipelines in a more convenient fashion.
