Support use of credential ID for token in config as code

      For config as code for the splunk plugin from what I can see it only supports inputting the token in as plain text

      We should be able to use a credential ID so not putting in plain text into config

      So something like

      splunkJenkinsInstallation:            
  enabled: true            
  credentialsId: "splunk-token"
