After updating the Bitbucket Branch Source plugin to 936.2.0 all our multibranch pipelines failed and so did the webhook on Bitbucket. When opening a multibranch pipeline an error showed up with the text "Unregistered Server".
Reverting the plugin to 936.1.1 fixed the problem.
