We have created a case with CloudBees on this date issue to get their inputs. They were able to replicate the issue on their end as well. They mentioned that they upgraded the Allure plugin to latest version on their test environment and plugin still had date issues after the upgrade with Java 17. But it worked fine with Java 11. So it looks like Allure plugin is not compatible with Java 17. They suggested to create a ticket with plugin developer and provide the details.
