Active Choices: PT_MULTI_SELECT not rendering correctly in Chrome&Edge

      Since Chrome and Edge version 138 PT_MULTI_SELECTs aren't rendered correctly until you change the horizontal size of the browser window.

      Changing the vertical size has no effect.

      No problem in Chrome & Edge for version <=137 and no problem in Firefox.
