More of a theoretical thing, but the plugin disconnects inbound agents. That doesn't make much sense as they will reconnect by themselves once the agent process detects that the connection is lost. Thus the agent plays jojo going offline and online every minute or so.
If the plugin should properly handle that it would need to implement "isAcceptingTasks"
Moreover the plugin allows to manually start agents even when they should not be started. To fix the plugin would need to implement "isManualLaunchAllowed".
