Steps to reproduce:

• create a folder and configure a config file in it
• create a user and grant it ExtendedRead on that folder
• navigate as that new user to the folder -> the configfiles link is available
• navigate to configfiles -> a list of the config files is shown
• click on the edit icon of a config file

expected:
The user can see the config file (but not edit)

actual:
the user is forwarded to editConfig, but due to lack of permissions is presented with login page
