I upgraded Jenkins to the latest 2.516.1 LTS with the following bash command

wget https://get.jenkins.io/war-stable/latest/jenkins.war

In this version, the vertical scrollbar keeps jumping to the top of the page in the configuration settings page, making it impossible to change anything. Could a faulty plugin be causing this behavior, or how can I stop it? As if it keeps auto-refreshing itself in every seconds and I am unable to scroll down.

Any idea or trick?
