I am having an issue where the conditional build steps are not running when set with "Run Always".

If the first step fails, the next step doesn't run.

When I use the following configuration:

next build step:

Output:

As you can see the build step following is never ran.

Do i have it configured properly or is this a bug ? Or is it not suppose to work this way?
