OpenStack plugin prints "OpenStack slave cleanup thread is still running. Execution aborted."

      I see below lines in the Jenkins log. This does not seem to go away after multiple restarts. The below message gets printed in an infinite loop. Not sure what effect could this have on Jenkins.

      I also checked https://github.com/jenkinsci/openstack-cloud-plugin/issues/171 but the suggestions mentioned in this were not useful.
