I would like to contribute consolidated REST API documentation for Jenkins as part of a Hacktoberfest PR. The current documentation is scattered and lacks details, especially around using the Tree API to limit and filter results.

My plan is to collect the existing information, organize it in one place, and add practical examples (including Tree API usage) to make the REST API easier to discover and use.
