      Windows 11 OS
      Jenkins installer version - 2.5.16.3

      Unable to install Jenkins with local or domain user. 
      I throws an error saying the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.

      1. Granted Log on as a service right to the user account. 
      2. Added the user under the administrator group
      3. ran a forced gp update
      4. Gave access to the installation directory
