Unable to access jenkins UI

    • I am unable access jenkins UI.

      I am unable to access Jenkins UI. I am getting below error.
      While troubleshooting I have checked the config.xml.

      I have to done modification useSecurity false and then restart jenkins service.
      After that I am able to access jenkins UI.
      At present jenkins version 2.528.1 What is the exact reason?
