I have a pipeline parameter which is defined with a description like this:

description: '<p style="color:red;font-weight:bold">' + pipelineParams.custom_text + '</p>'

When starting a new job ("Build with parameters"), the HTML is rendered correctly. In the "Parameters" modal of the new job UI, the corresponding HTML is displayed as code instead of rendered.
