How is branch coverage calculated?

      Hi,

      I have a Cobertura report generated from MATLAB which shows the branch coverage as 66.667% but when using the Coverage plugin to read the report, the branch coverage shown is 100%.

      I wanted to understand why this discrepancy is happening.  Attaching a sample coverage report generated from MATLAB and screenshot of the coverage metrics.
