As a user of the influxdb plugin, I would like to be able to easily trace data back to a specific build. This is almost possible via the Build Path and timestamps, however we have a very busy jenkins and therefore this is not guaranteed to be accurate. Being able to add a build number would enable us to make our grafana dashboards etc much better!
