After Upgrade to Jenkins Latest LTS version 2.528.1 facing issue

      After upgrading to the latest Jenkins LTS version 2.528.1, I am facing an issue.
      When I move the mouse cursor across multiple folders, the split line keeps flickering — the cursor repeatedly changes from a pointer to a hand icon automatically.
