Open PR for JENKINS-76303 exposed a build issue with the plugin. Debugging the cause, it is due to older dependencies that need to be updated to work with newer versions of Jenkins. This ticket is to update those dependencies to get the build working again (and allow JENKINS-76303 to be built and tested).
