Support Uploads over 5GB in size

      Right now, if a file over the size of 5GB is attempted to upload to S3, the plugin errors out with :
      software.amazon.awssdk.services.s3.model.S3Exception: Your proposed upload exceeds the maximum allowed size

      Supporting multipart uploads would fix this issue. I'm happy to create a pull request if you can direct me to the proper repository.
