automatic Node installations fail behind proxy

XMLWordPrintable

    • Type: Bug
    • Resolution: Not A Defect
    • Priority: Trivial
    • Component/s: nodejs-plugin
    • Environment:
      Jenkins Version 2.528.3
      NodeJS Plugin Version 1.6.6

Our Jenkins lives behind a proxy, which is configured in the system settings.

However, when an automatic Node installation is attempted, it runs into a timeout.

Download is possible from main and agent using the proxy. So it seems the proxy isn't used by the nodejs plugin.
