On MacOS, trying to add P4 Credentials fails: invalid SSL session

      reproduced with both
      Jenkins 2.541.2 via brew
      Jenkins 2.541.2 via Docker Desktop

      Unable to initialize P4 Password credentials, getting error : invalid SSL session.
      P4V works normally.
      Perforce from commandline works normally.

      Assembla customer support were able to repro on brew, but said they were able to get a credential with Docker. Unsure what difference in setups they have.
