Bitbucket Cloud pull requests can be marked as "ready" or "drafts." We are using the Bitbucket branch source plugin and would like to be able to filter the pull requests we discover based on whether they are marked as drafts or not, so that we don't run builds against draft PRs. we think that it would make sense to add a new behavior called "Ignore draft pull requests" that will ignore any PRs during branch or PR discovery that are not marked as "ready."
