OK HTTP Pre-emptive auth causes log flooding

      https://github.com/jenkinsci/okhttp-api-plugin/blob/af28891126086a47d56d3920cb73f0b67ff781b9/src/main/java/io/jenkins/plugins/okhttp/api/internals/JenkinsProxyAuthenticator.java#L48-L50 will warn when the proxy authenticator does not support the requested authentication scheme.

      However OKHTTP will emit a fake challenge with OkHttp-Preemptive as the scheme when using CONNECT (for https connections)  This causes spam for every TLS connection via a proxy.
