Whatever this is doing with the BitBucket API is going over the limits for an hour for requests for the base subscription

We need to figure out how to stay under 60,000 requests per hour

I not sure what is going on some kind of race condition or requesting to much to figure out delta dunno I am seeing a ton of these messages in my logs in Jenkins
