We have a Win2003 Buildserver with an SVN Project with SCM Polling active (* * * * *).
When there's a new commit, Hudson starts to build. But in the Buildtime anotherone commits smth and Hudson starts a new build, even if the other one is still building. This results in multiple checked out workspaces on the Server.

This only happend in 1.379. I'm currently switching back to 1.378 and will try it again.

[JENKINS-7669] Hudson executes multiple Builds the same time

Looks like this happens only, if the first build is dealing with some SVN Operations.

          Example:
Build 1 currently reverts the workspace
          User x commits something
Hudson recognized a SCM change and starts checking out another workspace

Is it reproduced with a recent Jenkins version?
