In our environment we use trusted authentication for Synergy and as such there is no need to pass a username and password to ccm.exe. Even more, passing such parameters will result in a failed connection.
Instead either:
1) call ccm without -n and -pw so ccm client will authenticate using the windows user that actually executed Hudson
2) execute ccm.exe using another windows user (configurable) (preferred)
